Vargas Cleaning Group was founded after the pandemic by our owner and founder, Dionila Vargas. With over 15 years of experience working for luxury hotel brands such as Conrad, W Miami, and Marriott, Dionila brought five-star standards into the homes and rentals of Miami.

What began as a small operation cleaning Airbnbs in Brickell has grown into a trusted service covering Downtown, Midtown, Miami Beach, Bay Harbor, and Coral Gables. Along the way, Vargas Cleaning Group has remained family-owned and proudly rooted in the community.

Our growth isn’t about becoming the biggest — it’s about bringing the same level of care, detail, and hospitality found in Miami’s top hotels into the everyday homes of our neighbors. Now, we’re expanding into the residential cleaning sector with one goal in mind: to make luxury cleaning accessible, without the luxury price tag.
